RECEIPTS: Alastair Campbell Caught Holding 'Get UK Back in EU' Folder in Ukraine

They told us we were conspiracy theorists. "Nobody wants to rejoin the EU," they said. "Brexit is settled," they said.
Then Alastair Campbell went to Ukraine and got photographed holding the evidence.
Campbell, Tony Blair's old spin doctor and professional Remoaner, was visiting Ukraine when EU ambassador Katarina Mathernova handed him something interesting. An official EU folder. For his "work to get the UK back in."
His work. To get the UK. Back in.
He posted it himself. On X. Proudly. The man is so brazen he didn't even try to hide it.
This is a former Downing Street communications director, still deeply connected to the Labour establishment. Campbell has long been vocal about his desire for closer EU ties. Whether "get the UK back in" means full rejoin or something softer, the intent is clear enough. Seventeen point four million people voted Leave. Campbell has made no secret of his view that this was a mistake.
He's not alone. The rejoin campaign has never gone away. It just went quiet for a while. Now it's resurfacing because they think enough time has passed and enough people have forgotten.
They're wrong.
Remember this next time a Labour minister says they "respect the result of the referendum." Remember the folder. Remember who handed it over. Remember that EU officials apparently see Campbell as an ally in this effort.
Brexit meant Brexit. Apparently, they didn't get the memo.
